P. of Engineering and an Engineering Technology Manager, your duties are typical, including managing projects in quality and production process and EHS improvements, writing up process operating instruction manuals, assisting production in training operators, selecting new manufacturing equipment, preparing equipment layouts, preparing piping and instrumentation diagrams, conducting process hazard analyses, estimating project costs, scaling up pilot plant runs, and much more. The salary ranges widely, depending on level of experience. They can certainly go $85,000 to $100,000, and I will show them qualified Chemical Engineers to $115,000. Annual reviews lately have been coming in around 3%.
