Time to move from a job shop environment to a manufacturer? Looking to move to first shift? This division is the most profitable in the international corporation, with over $70MM in sales. Their aerospace customers include a long list of Fortune 100 corporations, and orders are locked in until at least 2017. There are clearly long term opportunities for growth–the aggressive parent corporation has been making one acquisition a year for at least 9 years running. Their suburban facility is conveniently close to I-95. This is a newly created position. Up to now, the engineers have been doing this, and now they want to bring on a specialist in this role. You will be an exempt employee, working the day shift. You’ll be using Mastercam to program 4-axis millers and lathes, working to aerospace tolerances. They did not set a salary, so I will present qualified CNC programmers at all levels of experience with realistic salary expectations to $75,000. Benefits include Aetna Choice POS II Medical, Met Life, dental, vision care, tuition aid, 401 (K), and more. Requires permanent U.S. residency and one or more years of CNC programming experience, hopefully using Mastercam. Any aerospace industry experience is preferred.
