This aerospace component manufacturer seeks a Machining Manager to handle about 25 staff on the first shift. This is one of the most profitable divisions in the international corporation, with 175 employees and about $69MM in sales. Their customers include a long list of Fortune 50 aerospace corporations and they have orders locked in until at least 2020. There are clearly opportunities for growth–the highly aggressive parent corporation has a goal of making one acquisition a year, and they have kept on this track for at least 7 years. Their suburban facility is located close to I –95. Salary target is $75,000 to $90,000. Benefits include Aetna Choice POS II Medical, Met Life Dental, vision care, tuition aid, and 401 (k). At this point, they are only looking at local candidates. Requires permanent U.S. residency, 7 or more years of machine shop experience, at least three or more years of management experience with a manufacturer doing CNC machining, and excellent leadership skills.
