Move up to this highly respected, booming, family-held metal stamping job shop which has contracts running well past 2019. In fact, they are opening a satellite operation to handle the demand. One of these positions was created due to this growth, and the other is open to to a promotion. You’ll be one of the key players in Engineering, and an Engineering Supervisor slot will be opening within 3 to 5 years. They boast of having “zero defect” metal stampings using “in die” sensors, as well as state-of-art manufacturing equipment. Salary ranges from $85,000 to $95,000, and I will show them qualified manufacturing engineers with requirements to $100,000. You’ll be bring home much more than this, because they offer a profit sharing plan which paid out 10% of salary in 2016, a company-matched 401 (k) with a 25% match to 6% of contribution, and a 100% company-paid pension paying another 1% of salary.
