Here is a dynamic, smaller $100MM manufacturer, a subsidiary of a dynamic, $5.5 B publicly held parent aerospace corporation whose stock has jumped by 203% in just 5 years! They offer you the close-knit atmosphere of a small company, coupled with the fine benefits of a large corporation. This “springboard” position could lead either to sales or operations– in fact, this is open due to a promotion of a 2-year employee. This role is quite visible to management. You’ll be meeting regularly with the V.P. of Sales, as well as the President. Human Resources requested someone who is promotable. Reporting to a Business Unit Manager, you’ll be estimating and preparing cost data for labor, material, equipment, and tooling, then you’ll use this to prepare quotes for formal proposals for 3 separate business units. In addition to dealing with customers, you’ll be working with sales, engineering, vendors, and supply chain professionals. Target salary ranges $70K to $85K, and I will present senior people to $90K.
